These are the tools that are necessary for building your pc.

Tools:

SCREWDRIVER:

Make sure you have a Phillips and a flat head screwdriver. You will be using these items to mount components inside the case. Sometimes cases are screw less but in most cases this is needed.

FLASHLIGHT (Optional):

Your room may be well-lit, but sometimes it’s difficult to see in small spaces inside the computer case, especially after you begin mounting components.

ANTISTATIC WRIST STRAP (Optional):

These devices are used to safely discharge static build up. They are handy, but not needed in most cases before touching parts of the computer just ground yourself by touching the metal parts of the computer case.

MULTIMETER (Optional):

You do not necessarily need this to build your computer, but you may need it when troubleshooting a possible defective part. This is a good to have tool.

TWEEZERS (Optional):

If your like me you will eventually drop a screw into your computer. Sometimes they drop on the surface of your motherboard, behind the video card. This makes it difficult for you to reach your fingers in there to retrieve it. That’s when the tweezers come in to play.

Gather Parts

Make sure that you have all your parts , including screws, accessible and that you have ample working space. Take off the side panel of the computer case and you are ready to begin.
